Bateau works with top senior living groups in the US. They have built a platform that integrates data from different systems into a single source of truth without asking you to change any of your existing systems. Bateau’s co-founder and CEO, Paul Jarvis, sought help from President’s Club when he was beginning to build his sales organization.

The Challenges

Without full sales experience, Bateau’s founding team was looking for someone to help build a structured sales program for their new company. They needed help putting the foundations together and getting their initial sales team and outbound strategy in place.

The Solution

President’s Club got to work on creating the foundation of their sales program. We set up an outbound sales tool and built the campaigns and copy in conjunction with Bateau. President’s Club also brought in seasoned contract SDRs to start working leads and having conversations with the SMB market they were originally targeting. Through these initial interactions, Bateau was able to narrow down their ideal customer profile, adjusting their outreach from SMB to larger companies with more data in the senior living industry.

The Benefits

President’s Club taught management at Bateau how to have good discipline around running a sales team and the importance of doing pipeline and data reviews on a regular basis to achieve their goals. By working with President’s Club to build the initial structure of the sales team, Bateau was able to find their product market fit and re-adjust the sales program as they scaled. Today they have a great understanding of their market, target customer, and how to close large deals.
